      <title>EE smart up pro not at 1.6 speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the smart hub pro since last year now i brought a 10 gig pci card for it and it was working great getting the 1.6 speed all the time now for some reason the speed has went down to under 1 gig as i said the speed was working fine and now its not now i have brought another 2.5 gig network card to see if that is the problem well its the same so i can only thing its down to the smart hub pro not working can someone help me please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could be congestion, could be interference, could be router software could be many different issues but fluctuations are expecting from time to time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try restarting your router.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4188203"&gt;@dimitrious1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The Ethernet nic on the PC on 10G or 2.5G what does it sync to for the ONT wan connection on up/down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would expect you to see 2500/2500 as the ONT has a reported 2.5Gb/s interface.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4524"&gt;@Northerner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has pointed out, time to reset your Pro and get back to the baseline configuration, you may wish to state if you also have any smartwireless Pro modules, or hanging a mesh off the Pro Router. Anything else connected on the Ethernet ports switches, etc that may try to clamp the port speed down apart from your Wan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no i got a asus 10 gig network card it worked fine before i was getting 1.6 gig no problem but i throught it might be that so i brought a 2.5 one just to see but it was the same i even rolled back windows to see if that was the problem but it was still the same&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can see that by clicking the 'Status' tile in the hub manager.
