&lt;P&gt;Those speeds are they over wifi or connected via ethernet to the router.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>How do you write a complaint</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you write a complaint ? I've had 90gh or whatever its called for over two weeks now and they have not arranged an engineer. The list goes on. I've had it with them!!&lt;/P&gt;

I shouldn't be paying for this. Actually my friend just said its going on 3 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It's as slow as a snail &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":snail:"&gt;🐌&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; It takes forever for a page to open.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Not only that its taken&amp;nbsp; 8 months fix&amp;nbsp;my ee app. To be honest with you. Im exhausted with EE at the moment.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It started off amazing and then little cracks, leaded to bigger cracks.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Im not being a pest here. I desperately need support from them. Im a human being , and don't want to be treated like a walk over or getting thrown thrown,&amp;nbsp; from one department to another.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Not once has the technical team contacted me in 8 months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I don't actually think its the name EE. It's the staff keep saying the wrong things to me. Sending me to wrong departments,&amp;nbsp; getting promised of emails and nothing ever comes from it.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Their staff need proper training in professionalism and to be knowledgeable in their customer support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I was on the phone to a member of staff and I swear she was chewing gum and taking to someone else , while she thought I was on silent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I could not believe it. It must have been a friend as the industrial language was so inappropriate I nearly melted on the phone.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;She then realised I was listening saying " I was just asking a colleague,&amp;nbsp; if tech could email you "&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;She thought I zipped up the back. I was more appalled.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;So, when I contact EE, I have low expectations from the staff. Im sure there are good staff, but the crap ones are unbelievable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Anyway, I could go on and on, as I have a list, but I won't keep you're time.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;NB: I really do want to emphasise on customer advisors and transferring you from one department to another and when you are back to the same department, the cycle commences once again. I've never been so insulted in my life, with these advisors.&amp;nbsp; I mean talking to friends when meant to be making a referral for myself. Absolutely &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":hundred_points:"&gt;💯&lt;/span&gt; % disgusted.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
