You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider.

Fast fibre upgrade, now good signal but no wifi. Engineer came tried 3 different routers and new cables, still no wifi. Said fault due to Openreach installation, but Openreach check line when booked say no fault and close fault. Stuck with no wifi and EE not able to book Openreach as state fault resolved!!! Been talking to several EE Guides for hours and all have failed to book engineer. Tearing our hair out.

Have you tried texting HELP to 66033? This runs an automated check and I believe can offer an appointment if necessary if a fault is detected.

Do you have internet access via an ethernet port?

Or are you saying the new full fibre service has never worked?

Did you have a service via your phone line, if so is this still working?
