Are WiFi boosters free? I had an online chat and they said to go to manage and add ons but I can't find add ons. I clicked on get but it said can't do as still have an open order. Was I in the right place?

@yianna : Do you mean WiFi extenders to extend the WiFi from your Broadband router around the home, like in Setting up Smart WiFi ? If so, What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router do you have (read label or post a pix)?
