We are customers just like you and can only advise what is possible for you to do. Raise a complaint if it does not get resolved then you can decide what is your best action. It's not going to be easy for sure......

I was quoted at my door 35.00 with no change for 2 years! That was the only reason I signed up to E.E , my latest bill is 51.00 something pence ! Will somebody please explain to me why , please don't ask me to ring because I can never get through. I have to tend to a sick child who is back and forth from hospital , please explain why my price has increased from when I signed up at my door!? Very disgruntled customer and will be changing as soon as it is possible. E.E try getting your sales people to tell the truth. She told me NO way would the price rise.

All of the EE broadband and mobile contracts have had annual increases for a number of years now.

Did you get any paperwork when you signed up?

You could try texting GUIDE to the number in the Help page and someone should ring you back, otherwise you will need to call CS.
