BT_Paragon 650 Caller Display with Digital Voice

I have several BT_Paragon 650 phones with caller display.

I have recently moved to DV. My cheap caller display products are showing the caller display number, however my BT_Paragon 650, while showing the number, is not however able to match the number with the contact names stored in its phone book! It's like there is an extra character sent that is confusing it!

I have the same model phone connected to Vodafone DV at another place, and this is working just fine (displaying names). and it worked fine on Virgin DV too.

Any idea's? Amazing how it doesn't work with a BT handset!

I have a geemarc clearview cordless display unit 2410, and this displayed Nuisance to a Nuisance call. I thought this was a basic unit that didn't have such advanced features!

It has also started displaying UNAVAILABLE against numbers that are not in its memory since I switched to DV.

So it got me wondering if this and the 650 and now displaying transmitted names against numbers?

I uploaded a .vcf file to the router, (with some names and numbers) and rang the phone from one of them, but the 650 is still not displaying a name?

Any idea's.

P.S. I also have a excel sheet with contact names when I left BT ages ago. Anyone got any idea's how to easily convert a .csv file to .vcf file! or import contacts from an iPhone?

@AndyPK Would have a look on the phone calls received list to see if you spot anything as your phone keeps that last 50 calls i think, programming the DV side will not do anything for you as not DECT connected phone. Somethings just do not pass through correctly and who knows what is being transmitted over the DV caller display side.
