    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have recently switched from BT to EE broadband. All appeared to go relative smoothly before we noticed we were unable to receive BBC iPlayer or ITV X I also can notenter the LG App for purchasing software such as Iplayer or itv x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also unable to enter the LG store to reinstateI player and itv x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My television B &amp;amp; O eclipse is showing full internet connection and wifi connection The app have been working fine until the switchover&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please can anybody be so kind and give me som suggestions or ideas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you so much for reading his pie for help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nick&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Whilst it'll sound really simple, have you tried restarting your Hub, making sure to leave this unplugged for at least 30 seconds?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already too, you can run an initial check on your connection by sending us a text with HELP to 66033.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep us posted on how you get on!&lt;/P&gt;
