Teckin and HBN smart plugs not pairing with new Smart Hub

Hi - just got upgraded to a Smart Hub.
After a bit of work, got the Alexa's, smart bulbs and Gosund plugs to work, but cannot get the Teckin or HBN smart plugs to work.

Tried the tips in other chats - turn of 5GHz, turn of WPS, set the 2.4 GHz channel to 11, reboot hub and all of the above at the same time. Still can't get them to pair.

Any other ideas?
Anyone want to buy some smart plugs 🙂

Which EE Smart Hub do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Have you tried to set up & use the Compatible WiFi network?

Hi - it has Smart Hub SH31B on the underside.

I have set up 'Comp' wifi with only the 2.4Ghz on.
Do I need to turn the 2.4 Ghz off on the main wi-fi?
