&lt;P&gt;Is this via the EE App or by logging into your account via the website or both?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you asked customer service to refresh your account, as this can sometimes sort it out?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting and reinstalling the app to see if that corrects it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi everytime i go in the ee site to check my bill i cannot see it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it tells me there is a fault and i cannot see my bill ,and try tfreshing the page&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or check later !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a very bad system and needs sorted out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as i couid not see my last bill and i had extra money removed from my account !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have not changed any of my services i pay for ,if i could see my bill i can check to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;see why an extra amount of money was removed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if this is not sorted il be going elsewere for my broadband !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paul&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
