      <title>EE Home Phone message "no link to the hub"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two Home Phone devises which should connect to the hub using the home router's WiFi . Only one of these instruments is connecting the other has an error message "no link to the hub" and does not list a means of registering the phone.&amp;nbsp; How do i do this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i tried to use this phone both phones had this problem but the first one i registered works ok, but not the second.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent at least 2 hours trying to find this issue on EE's help system but have found nothing relevent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We sometimes get this issue. Resolve it by physically switching off the affected handset and switching back on. But I’m assuming you’ve already tried this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used the bot help to connect to a caller after testing the line. The Registration process of the second handset requires this: (Software update automatically downloads on set 1); MENU- right click x2 from Call Features to Settings - SELECT- scroll down x9 from Sounds to Reset. Then the reset is self- explanatory.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
