I changed from a BT to an EE Smart Hub (SH40J) a few months ago and ever since then I have suffered drop outs while using wifi calling.

Mobile signal in my area is poor and I rely on wifi calling but it has become almost unusable. I have no issues while on the old BT Hub. Mobile provider and device are unchanged.

Are there any suggestions as to how to resolve this?

Same applies if you have locked onto one off the Extenders....

Hi @RobinWad.

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried forgetting your Wi-Fi connection and setting this back up to see if this helps?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Broadband Guides if you're still experiencing issues, so this can be investigated further.
