      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I went onto fibre I stopped being able to access my bills.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I try to register the broadband it states my details don't match their records.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It doesn't say what is wrong.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've rung EE several times but they don't seem to be able to sort it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
