      <description>&lt;P&gt;Join EE IN JANIARY FROM BT, MISTAKE!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no trouble with BT DD FOR YEARS and now every month Ee have failed to collect even though I went to the EE to set it up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now abroad and struggling to paid due to web site saying not available all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i see they have already charged me overdue payment as they aren’t taking any blame by the looks of things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what’s the best way to pay when you aren’t in Europe?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kate,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve only had an e Mail to say I own £60 followed by threats of extra&lt;BR /&gt;charges and cutting my internet access off which has been quiet stressful&lt;BR /&gt;and a bit upsetting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was with BT until January and never had an DD issues. THe wife and myself&lt;BR /&gt;went in to the EE in Grimsby January and some how got convinced it was a&lt;BR /&gt;better deal to go to EE. ABSOLUTELY ful of regrets since doing this because&lt;BR /&gt;the DD has had issues ever since including one disconnection and a&lt;BR /&gt;compensation payments.&lt;BR /&gt;In early April we went in the EE Shop in Grimsby to sort the DD out in&lt;BR /&gt;person to make sure everything was okay which it was. Come end of March and&lt;BR /&gt;the DD AT EE ISNT ACTIONED AGAIN follow by a letter full of threatening&lt;BR /&gt;actions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m in Mexico at present and it’s very difficult to sort this out until I&lt;BR /&gt;return home in a few weeks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would really appreciate if you sort some out for me until I return back to&lt;BR /&gt;the UK BECAUSE I can’t afford to have the internet disconnected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks for your help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;**** *********&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still stuck abroad and with EE failing to action DD AGAIN &amp;nbsp;even after it was set up them from the EE SHOP. WORSE THING I ever did moving from BT TO EE in January for no gain just loads of hessel and payment issues followed by threats of disconnection , late charges, and reconnection charges. Amazingly can’t log in from abroad and have tried many times over the last week so don’t know what’s happening there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully someone from EE WILL READ THIS and not disconnect me before I get home and find out why they have messed up my DD THREE TIMES now over 4 months. And also get my bill paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wish I never moved to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FEELING VRY FRUSTRATED AT PRESENT WITH EE!,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
