      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We haven't yet received our Smart Hybrid Connect and Smart Hub Plus units&amp;nbsp; yet. We placed the order last Friday (2nd May) and today is Wednesday 7th May. We are due to switch 9th May?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Jim.&lt;BR /&gt;We established today that the item was lost in transit so a new one has apparently been issued. It's unusual that RM takes more than 2 working days to take receipt of an item to dispatch. Spoke to Customer Service who've dispatched (apparently) another unit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;They've been appalling with this delay and I'm not happy with them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
