I recently switched to EE, when I connected I used my existing router details, name and password. Everything worked fine except my amazon devices. Seen as amazon couldn't help I reset router to factory settings, all amazon products worked for a short period. Since then nothing connected to amazon works, not even my amazon app, numerous websites are unavailable and many apps say connection error. I've restarted router, restarted phone, uninstall apps, but if I switch off WiFi and use mobile data Everything on phone works. I'm seriously regretting changing as I've never had as much hassle. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi @Squibb30,

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry you are having an issue connecting on certain websites on your broadband connection. Is it possible you have any websites like the Amazon domain blocked via your Wi-Fi controls? You can check using the instructions here Using parental controls on EE | Broadband Help | EE

If you text HELP to 66033 from your phone we will run a check on your broadband for any issues that may be causing your issue.

Alex
