My broadband has been down for 2 days , connecting for up to 3 mins then down for hours , this happened last bank holiday weekend has anyone else had / have this issue ?

@Looby151 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

You may hope your billing will adjusted but it won't be by reporting it to this user discussion forum. Have you reported it to CS? For help with your broadband, text HELP to 66033 .
