&lt;P&gt;I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your broadband. Have you already spoken with our team so they can look into why this is happening?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've not yet spoken with them then you can text 'HELP' to 66033 and they'll see what is going on, and either send you a text within 15 minutes to book an engineer, or call you back within 30 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has now been nearly 72 hours without broadband service, with no clear communication or updates provided. The app states the issue would be resolved by 17:12, yet it's now 23:53, and the service is still down. While I understand technical issues can arise, the complete lack of updates or notifications is unacceptable. A simple message or status update would have gone a long way in managing expectations. This level of service is disappointing&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
