    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just sent some BT equipment back and it can take up to three weeks before they acknowledge receipt. Even then it’s hit and miss whether it gets lost in the system. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4769649"&gt;@Khushal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if there is a contact number on those emails you could all that or the normal customer services number and let them know, they should be able to stop the emails. Seems it can take a little while for the warehouse to catch up with the returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not do as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/321568"&gt;@Mustrum&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has pointed out with your tracking receipt that you have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
