Sounds like a faulty hub or power supply. Recommend getting in touch with support for a replacement.

My WiFi all of a sudden died. Now the hub just flashes green then goes solid green and back to flashing. Tried turning the power off. I've tried the reset button which seems to do nothing at all ?

The reset button when pressed down will do a factory reset the first stage of which is to turn the hub light green which is why you are not noticing a difference. If this is not working I would call customer services and get them to look at it as it sounds like it needs replacing
