They will arrange the transfer from your current provider to your new EE service, the rest of it you need to take care off.

Switching Credit | Broadband Help | EE

Hardly! EE will pay you up to £300 towards your exit fees upon receipt of your itemised final bill.

Hi, I have recently switched over to EE on the basis that they would clear the outstanding charges with my past provider. I initiated this process last week with a customer service manager and received a confirmation email that my switch refund would be issued to my bank account. I was informed that this could take up to 5 Working day's. Monies were confirmed on the 24th of April and it is now over a week and I still haven't received the monies I was promised. I would never have switched over to EE if I knew I would be let down so diabolically. I am a 66 year old lady and a pensioner. I am furious and am now taking this matter further if it is not resolved ASAP. Disgraceful.
