topic EE Router on blink for nearly week in Broadband & Landline

Openreach were working on green cabinets & telegrapgh pile over the road from my house - since then my router has been flashing orange & nothing Ive tried has sorted it out. I dont have a landline but was told by EE to keep it all plugged in as it was when I had landline. Having spent most of Saturday on phone to EE, who set up an appt for AM today 30th April, I am still waiting for an Openreach engineer. Anyone had similar probs with Openreach? if you have how were matters resolved? Apologies for long txt but am really fed up paying for service thats no good!!

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

I hope Openreach sorted this, things are normally fixed on the day of the appointment. If not follow up with EE and see what next steps are.
