    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot link my broadband to my app so I can't set up family security. It allows me to put in the account number but when I get to adding my phone number i get an error message 'we were unable to generate a passcode, please try again later'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help much appreciated,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would perhaps try putting in the number in different formats to ensure that is not the issue ie 00447xxxx or +447xxxx&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should that not be fruitful i would perhaps clearing the browsing history on the device or try a a different browser or device. Failing that I would call EE who will be able to assist I'm sure&lt;/P&gt;</description>
