Greetings,

I was on a BT package that provided a free WI-FI extender disc with my router as my room is a Wi-fi dead spot.

Recently an engineer came and replaced our BT Smart HUB with an EE SH32B Smart Hub. Unfortunately, the BT Wi-fi extender disk hub would not work with the EE Smart Hub, and somewhat ridiculously EE did not provide any EE Smart Wi-Fi replacement.

I went ahead and purchased a EE Wi-fi extender on Amazon, Model SW10A, that in the description said was compatible with the SH32B EE Smart Hub, but I cannot, by hook or crook, get it to pair, either wirelessly or with ethernet.

Can someone confirm if this hub works with this particular model?

Thank you kindly for reading.

You have got the wrong Smart WiFi extenders. The Smart WiFi (2023) (SW10A) is meant for the EE Smart Hub (2023) (SH20A).

I've just checked with Amazon and the hub I ordered was labelled an SW30A, but they inexplicably sent me an SW10A.

So annoying when this happens.
