I have a heat pump and use the ONECTA app.

Since moving over to EE the app no longer works. To update the system it states that the connection should be 2.5ghz or more. My broadband wifi is 2.4ghz. Is 2.4ghz the max that EE uses or can I adjust the settings or get a new router.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

2.5 GHz is a peculiar figure to mention in respect of WiFi frequencies. WiFi frequencies in UK come in 3 bands, 2.4, 5 & 6 GHz.

Which EE router have you? Surely it has 5GHz WiFi as well as 2.4GHz?
