Once added it will go as a pending credit on your account, but you wont be able to see any pending credits in your online account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But once your next bill is produced after the credit is added, you will be able to see the credit in the bill breakdown or on the actual PDF of your bill available via your online account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you wanted to confirm the amount that has been applied before your next bill is produced, if you give us a call one of our guides will be able to confirm any pending credit currently on your account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
