Hello - how do I get in touch with the Trials team? The contact centre say they don’t exist and chat can’t help either.

Typically you'd be contacted by BT/EE to be asked if you'd like to be a trialist, that's what happened to me.

I don't know of anyway you can request to be a trialist although some here might.
