      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try on the Advanced &amp;gt; Wireless Settings page of the router to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band &amp;amp; move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3101999"&gt;@Gypsy11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- what router/hub do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's a Smart Hub Plus or Smart Hub Pro then an alternative would be to enable the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/manage-use/how-to-set-up-compatible-wifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Compatible WiFi&lt;/A&gt; feature and connect the Tonie device to that instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
