I had to ring up after I moved from BT Broadband to EE Broadband as my order got stuck. They managed to sort it and I’m now getting a pro rata refund from BT. However, at the moment it looks like the billing/customer systems at EE has a problem seeing me as a customer so I don’t have any idea what my bill will be. At the moment my BB/TV service is working fine maybe I’ll get it for free!

Why am I still getting billed by BT when my mobile and broadband have been transferred to EE? I do not have a landline.

Hi @Maur1.

Welcome to the EE Community!

When was it that your service switched over from BT to EE, and do you know if you had any early termination charge for the BT account?
Also if you view the full PDF of the BT bill too, it should break down the exact dates that the charges cover.
