Hi hi I’m moving from sky to E E but I want to use my own router which is already set up to be used on sky‘s network. What is it? A simple transferred over or do I have to factory reset everything? It’s a Netgear Nighthawk R 3000. Should of said it fftp

You will need the PPPoE Credentials.

This and other useful info can be found here: https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/using-and-configuring-a-third-party-router

It is worth taking the EE router in case of issues, as CS won't know anything about your router.

Presumably you are not taking Digital Voice or TV?
