What EE BB product have you ordered?

If as it says the eng. doesn't need to visit your house & you are having Full Fibre, it must mean that an ONT modem is already fitted there. This won't be the old BT phone socket.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

What EE BB product have you ordered? Looks like you'll be having FTTP (Full Fibre).

That will need an ONT modem fitted to a inside wall. That will need fitting by an OR eng. visiting your home.

This is why I’m confused. Because I did order FTTP and I did a lot of research so when I was told there’s no need for work inside the house I just don’t know what’s going on anymore.
I placed the order on the 25th of Feb and since then everyone say it’ll take a week then 30 days and then a week and two weeks and so on. And now I’m kinda worried they just said tomorrow but I have a feeling it won’t be the case… on the app it shows as provisional

Welcome to the Community!

Are you wanting an additional line to the one already in your flatmate's room? Our system might be trying to overtake the line that is already there.
