      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got behind in payment. Once realised I paid. This was 2 weeks ago. Today I wake up to find my broadband cut off. I've called and the system is rubbish, I can't get through to anyone. It says broadband suspended because I need to pay - press to pay and it says I don't owe anything. Press * if I think there has been a mistake and nothing! Going round in circles!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
