      <title>Wifi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anybody got any idea why my smart hub won't connect.&amp;nbsp; I get the message "can't connect as there is a problem with your billing" I click the link to billing and it just says "you're up-to-date and I don't owe any money"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't understand&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
