    <description>&lt;P&gt;My SmartHub stopped connected a week ago, an engineer was out the next day confirming that it was a issue with the SmartHub and placed the order for a new one. The estimated delivery was two days ago but it still hasn't arrived. Tracking the order shows that it is marked as awaiting dispatch - delayed. It has been this way for two days. I understand that delays happen, but at this point we'll be without home interent for over a week by the time it arrives.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're getting an update on the tracker then it sound like we may just be awaiting further stock, but we don't have account access via these forums to check for sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
