Enhancer not connecting

Hi my Wi-Fi enhancer connects with Ethernet but once I disconnect and move it it can’t find the router. It’s only 10 metres from the router

@Ccampb28 Are you talking about Smart wireless, say which model of EE Router and Smart wireless devices you have.

Wi-Fi Enhancer is a software addon feature.

@Ccampb28 try leaving it connected via ethernet to the main hub for longer, wait until the lights indicate a connection, then leave it for another 20 mins, and the same after you move it. They seem to take a while to connect properly.
