    <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a power cut this morning and since then I can't reconnect our WiFi. I've tried all restarts including factory reset but it just has a green light and every 30 seconds or so a quick white flash then back to green. Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's continually trying to start up. Looks like it's not completely broken but is frazzled. Call CS &amp;amp; ask for a replacement router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received a new router this morning, managed to get it fired up...for all of four minutes then a solid green light but no wifi or Internet. &amp;nbsp;Now told I need a visit from Openreach - first appointment next Wednesday morning. &amp;nbsp;A house full of youngsters over the Easter Weekend and, because I went all in on streaming, no Internet or TV. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use you mobile data said the man from EE, which would certainly be a possibility if it were not for the fact that living on the edge of Telford we have between 0 and I bar (if the wind is blowing in the right direction)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poor fibre broadband coverage, very poor 5G coverage - third world stuff and when there's a catastrophic failure third world service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm disappointed to hear that the new router hasn't done the job with this one, and I totally appreciate it's far from an ideal time for this all to be going down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
