So you are now saying you have fixed Home BB with EE? What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed?

The mobile no. it wants to send a passcode to is your Contact No. in your Profile of your MyEE a/c. If it's wrong you may Edit it (under Login & security > Two-factor authentication).

Hello.

I am trying to link my broadband to my ee account, but after I enter my account number, the system asks to confirm my mobile number with the one they have registered and it says that the available number they have ends in 0000, which is wrong!

Ps. I linked my mobile number without a problem. So I don't know why they now say that the mobile number they have ends in 0000🫠

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Does anyone know why?

You don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB. You link it by its mobile no.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say, obscuring your mobile no.?

Sorry I guess I didn't explain myself well or put the post in the wrong category (I wish I could change it)

My router doesn't have a sim.
