Hello,

I need to remove the WiFi extender from my contract, it's £7 a month, and i do not use or need it - it's been carried over from when i was on just BT - I've already been charged on my latest bill for non return of the BT disc.

If you no longer need your Smart Wi-Fi discs, please call our Broadband Customer Service Team, where a guide will be able to remove the add-on for you.

I was on a chat with a representative, went through the whole thing, he said he would get this done for me, but was asking if i had a TV package / SIM, the chat timed out and i couldn't get back in, the button is gone from my browser refreshing, changing browser, can't find it again.
