&lt;P&gt;I can totally appreciate your concern with this one, and I'd hate to think things aren't clear with your contract and bills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since your connection went live and you signed up, have you had a chance to see if you're able to log in, or register for &lt;A href="https://myaccount.ee.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;viewing your account online&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to see your bills and account number here &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched over from virgin to EE broadband. I gave my email address and had the broadband installed. But I have no paperwork of my contract or billing. I've received a text today saying I owe a higher amount that was agreed. But no bill has been sent via email or via post. I also have no contract that has been sent to me. I don't know my account number therefore EE refused to speak to me. What can I do as the agreed contract was £42 but my first bill is £62. I am disabled so cannot go down to an EE store to sort this out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
