Hi Anyone had issue's with some of their device's not showing up on the app ?. I've set parental controls to disable the wifi at certain times and added all of the kids devices to the group but after working for a few months the devices have disappeared from the app so I can no longer control them. Any Idea's cheers

Welcome to the community.

Could you try deleting and re-downloading the app please? Just to see if the connected devices then show.

Hi thanks for the answer I've already done that twice and no joy. I've logged into the router itself to check if the devices are seen in that and they are so I'm stuck now
