      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with them for nearly 30 years and only once did a whole area lose network, including shops etc, but that was down to open reach having to do a repair, otherwise just like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, never had a problem, so please explain more what is going on, so that we may be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
