&lt;P&gt;Did you actually cancel your broadband within 14 days cooling off period? You would have had to do this, not just return the the box, as that does not cancel your order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you speak with customer service, as we have no account access and do not know who you are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I ordered broadband from ee and the day I received the Smart Hub Plus I returned it without opening it and collecting it from the post office. I have no use for it and have moved out of the house a long time ago but now I have received an email saying you owe me £400 for not making the monthly payments and there was an early termination fee. What do I do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
