Have you received the returns pack in the mail yet? &lt;P&gt;You will not lose internet in the home, it should be a straightforward switch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You do not need to send BT router back until you receive the package to send it back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
