Hi. Did anybody else have problems with openreach constantly cancelling appointments two days before they were due to install. It happened twice to me so I cancelled the order. They said they were unable to attend. No other reason given. Strange when my town has an engineer around every bloody corner.

I am sorry the appointments have been cancelled twice, have you been in touch with our broadband guides to get the cancellations looked into?
