&lt;P&gt;If possible can you please try switching the security from WPA3 to WPA2 and see if this makes any difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's worth checking to see if the doorbell has memories of your old network at all too, as if this is the SSID they're trying to connect with by default it could be restricting it finding new ones.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're not seeing the option to switch this, then an alternative could be to look at enabling &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/manage-use/how-to-set-up-compatible-wifi" target="_blank"&gt;Compatible WiFi&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This creates a separate network that works better with certain kinds of devices, so fingers crossed this is something your Doorbell will find this easier to connect with.&lt;/P&gt;
