@Michael4658 If your doing this via the app for the doorbell you need to make sure your device is also connected 2.4Ghz WiFi from the router. It would be beneficial if you switched off the 5Ghz connection on the router.

Hi i have switch off the 5g of the router and on my phone and it will still
not find a connection and it will not connect to STRN

Hey there @Michael4658, thanks for giving that a try with disabling the 5Ghz connection.

If possible can you please try switching the security from WPA3 to WPA2 and see if this makes any difference.

It's worth checking to see if the doorbell has memories of your old network at all too, as if this is the SSID they're trying to connect with by default it could be restricting it finding new ones.

Thanks for having a check of that for us, @Michael4658.

If you're not seeing the option to switch this, then an alternative could be to look at enabling Compatible WiFi.

This creates a separate network that works better with certain kinds of devices, so fingers crossed this is something your Doorbell will find this easier to connect with.
