    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;paid my bill two days ago as I need to set up dd so I completely forgot it was due.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it’s been two full days and still no reconnect of broadband.. is this normal ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
