Hi guys

Netflix says I’m using VPN or proxy

I can’t sign in to my profile

but my kids profiles are fine

this is on Apple PlayStation smart tv and fire stick

just my profile

I’ve been in chat with Netflix they say it’s a router problem

I’m not very tech and struggling to fix

feeling like a bimbo help needed please

What device do you have and do you know if you have any security software activated on the device.

You can also use this site to check your phone is using a vpn in the map.
