      <title>Open reach reachable?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fault on the line a week ago. Engineer left saying it was ivy up a pole but our fibre comes underground. Now I hear nothing for over a week. EE say they can do nothing. Is this true?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
