      <title>Bright box red light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband has been off since yesterday evening and the router is showing a solid red light&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been through the connection test, I've done all the steps to power off and then reset the router but it's still showing as red&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mobile can see and connect to the network but it's saying there's no internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas or do I need to get an engineer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's the second one down labelled Broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been off around 24hrs now, I've done all the texting HELP to get diagnostic info and that's all come back fine so assume it's the router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that means the BB is down, as long as you've got the cable firmly plugged in correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
