Moved house now TVs don't connect to broadband

I recently moved house and transferred my EE broadband to the new house, taking the old router with me. After about 2 weeks without broadband, I now have a good broadband signal. All devices (iMac, laptop, X box, PS5, phones) connect apart from 3 smart TVs. I've tried factory reset on the TVs but no luck. I get to the point where I've input the WI FI password but the TV will not connect. This doesn't work across 2 LG and 1 Sony TV. They do work through an ethernet cable though.

EE say it's a TV problem, TV manufacturers say it's a broadband problem. Only change, apart from moving house is that the BT openreach terminal has a different size connection and I have to use an ADSL filter.

Any advice please? Having 3 TVs that I can't use is a real pain. Thanks

What Broadband package and Hub do you currently have? If you're not sure, feel free to send a picture of it.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed?

Not sure why the info has disappeared on my edit but I'll post it under here for anyone else that's looking in the future for help on this.

"I'm thinking it is a result of the enhanced security on the Hub in the form of WPA3 which a lot of TVs struggle to connect to.

In your EE App you should be able to enable a feature called Compatible WiFi in your Wifi Controls which can create a separate network that these devices can connect to."
