Changed from Bt to New EE last summer. We have been unable access our account for broadband and landline. My wife has a mobile with ee and can access that. Initially they said we could not link broadband and landline account to her mobile so Peter set up a new account. Still cannot access account. No idea what our bills are nor landline call charge. Both of us are vulnerable elderly people and need the use of the landline as well as broadband. We are stressed and afraid because we cannot resolve it. We’ve rung them, had chats, etc but not resolved. Will somebody please help it’s distressing. URGENT HELP NEEDED
